How it works

Signed in three steps

  1. upload_file 01

    Drop the document

PDF, Word, Excel, images or an existing .edoc / ASiC-E container. You see it right away โ€” nothing to install.

  2. group_add 02

    Choose who signs

Add the other side's email. They get a link that works on any phone and simply sign on screen โ€” no account needed.

  3. task_alt 03

    Signed and stored

You see the signature the moment it lands. The document and its full history stay in your vault.

Questions

Something else on your mind? Write to us โ€” a real person answers.

Is a signature made with dokidok legally binding? add

Yes. A signature drawn on screen is a simple electronic signature: under the EU eIDAS regulation it is valid evidence and fine for most everyday agreements, and dokidok records who signed and when. Qualified signatures with eParaksts and Smart-ID โ€” equal to a handwritten one across the EU โ€” are coming soon; they are in integration testing.

Do the people I send it to need an account? add

No. They get a link by email, open the document and sign on any phone or computer. Only you, the sender, confirm your email โ€” no password needed.

What does it cost? add

Nothing during early access. Everyone who registers now keeps a free plan for good, plus founding-member discounts when paid plans arrive.

Which files can I upload? add

PDF, Word, Excel and images, plus signed containers: .edoc, ASiC-E, BDoc and SCE. Up to 100 MB per file.

Where are my documents stored? add

Encrypted, on servers in Germany. Signing links expire after 7 days, and every access is logged.

Can someone in another country sign? add

Yes. Anyone with an email address can sign on screen, wherever they are.
